A vehicle on Bridgeport Avenue struck a mailbox along with a street sign and continued driving down the roadway, according to Milford Police.
The vehicle's alleged driver, Christopher Reynolds, age 28 of Sunset Avenue, Milford, was given a breathalyzer test, which allegedly revealed that Reynolds had an elevated blood alcohol level.
Reynolds was charged with DUI, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
His bond was set at $500 with a court date of December 20th.
