A Milford Police officer observed a vehicle allegedly not traveling in its proper lane on Bridgeport Avenue on March 9, 2013 around 4 a.m.
Police found that the vehicle's operator, Chadwick Schrade, age 25 of Bridgeport, was allegedly operating while under the influence.
A smoking pipe with marijuana residue inside the vehicle was found inside the vehicle, according to Police.
