Bridgeport Man Accused of Stealing from Former Milford Roommate

Robert Ortwoski, age 38 of 604 William St., Bridgeport, was arrested on May 13, 2014 for allegedly taking personal checks, a debit card and fraudulently withdrawing funds from her former roommate’s account.
The former roommate, of Meadows End Rd. in Milford, filed a complaint with Milford Police on Dec. 20, 2013 regarding fraudulent transactions involving her personal checking account.
Ortowski has been charged with fourth degree larceny and second degree forgery.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 10, 2014.
