Some Like it Hot!

Recipe for Hot Oil 1 tsp crushed pepper to each ½ cup of Olive Oil Cayenne Pepper In a sauce pan, heat crushed pepper and olive oil on a medium high heat stirring frequently. Once the mixture begins to bubble, add a dash of cayenne pepper (optional) and turn the heat down to low. Continue to stir for 10 minutes or until the pepper flakes darken (be careful to avoid burn). Take off burner and let cool for 1 hour then filter cheese cloth or coffee filter and thin holed colander or tea diffuser. Use to spice up your pizza, pasta and more!
