Vagrancy at Abandoned Aerosol Techniques Site on Old Gate Lane

It has come to the attention of this citizen that vagrants are increasing in number at the shuttered Aerosol Techniques factory on Old Gate Lane.  This alone is a concerning development, but what is of even greater concern is that the vagrants are traveling by bicycle and foot all over town to solicit for work at odd hours of the night.  While I commend those who are seeking gainful employment, having those who inhabit an abandoned factory go around knocking on doors past dusk is not at all acceptable or desired.  For those with small children, this can be downright terrifying.
I implore our police department, and whoever is responsible for the property, to remedy this situation posthaste.  This situation is unsafe for the citizens of Milford, and certainly unsafe for those inhabiting a dilapidated structure that is a known toxically polluted site.
