"The Murder House" in Woodmont.

I'm looking for information regarding the house nicknamed "The Murder House" in Woodmont on Beach Avenue.

I've heard many rumors/stories about the place but I do not know anything factual about it.

It used to be a run-down, dilapidated house but is now a very nice three-story home. But no one lives there and it is now condemned.

Anyone know anything about it?
