Peter Spalthoff Supported By Milford's Largest Union

Milford voters should take a look at endorsements the unions have given for the Mayoral Election. Our Public Works union as well as our Supervisors union endorsed Peter Spalthoff. While the police endorsed the current Mayor, the employees union and fire union chose to stay neutral. The endorsement from the largest union for Spalthoff, and as important the Supervisors union speaks volumes. These are our city workers and our city supervisors who put together budgets of the city and know what is in the best interest of Milford. They have been here doing the job for many years, not just 2 years. These endorsements for Spalthoff are a signal of no confidence for the Mayor. There are approximately 500 union members in the work force of Milford and nearly 80% do not support the current Mayor. The message is clear...management and vision is lacking.
