Kmart Konfused

The law in Connecticut protects consumers with regard to POS (Point of Sale) pricing. If an item rings up higher than the shelf tag price, you are entitled to get that item FREE. BY LAW! Kmart in Milford is interpreting that law as pertaining to edible items only, and REFUSES to comply! So they advertise a nice attractive price on the shelf, but BEWARE when that item is rung up at the cash register at a higher price! That is absurd, illegal, and should be dealt with on a regional or corporate level. or maybe a class action law suit would send a message!
