IColor screen replacement @ Milford mall
So today my son decides he wants to use his Christmas money to fix his itouch screen. We stop at a store in Seymour and they quote us 70.00 but it would be 4-5 days. WE decide to goto IColor in the mall. He quotes us $75.00 and it would be ready in 45 minutes.( itouch was in 100% working condition w the exception of cracked screen) GREAT, I pay cash and he says see u in a bit. When we return he is still working on the itouch . It is obvious that something is not right by the look on his face, I ask what's up and he says I can't get it on. After a few minutes another employee shows up for his shift, he begins to work on it. After awhile I asked again, and asked if there was a manager I could speak to. They tried calling him on the phone and could not reach him. At this point I am getting really frustrated because they continue to help other customers as they can't fix my devise. Finally the manager calls and speaks to the clerk. I asked to speak to him, the clerk handed me the phone and the manager hung up on me. I'm furious at this point!!! I said you need to get him back on the phone, we are 2 hrs into this 45 minute project, finally the manger calls back and talks to me and says I'm sorry I'm 500 miles away. My clerk says you dropped off a non- working itouch there's nothing I can do. At this point I flag down mall security and they get the manager of the mall involved and Milford police. The mall manger was very polite and got a phone number for this mall cart owner. The call went right to voice mail. The mall security demanded a full refund of my $79.74 but I now have a itouch in pieces that does not work from this uneducated guy "fixing" screens..
Please help who do I call now.
