Green auto propane station

Milford ZBA have denied my application to install 1000 GL propane tank with auto fill dispenser  , I've been working on converting vehicles to run on propane for more than 2 years, when Milford will become green clean city, clean environment for our community and state environment friendly? why my dream to reach my goal to get every vehicle to convert to clean burning fuel? when will they open their eyes to see other states and countries converting all vehicles to propane? time to do something for the environment or the government.
