Do not do business with "Spookytown"!

Their costumes fall apart and they have a "no return" policy no matter what! There was no other costume to exchange for  that fit my daughter that she liked and they could care less! They said, "that's the best we could do". Really? This wasn't like she changed her mind and wanted a different costume; the one we bought fell apart. She was already embarrassed enough at school with black things falling off of it at school, and now this? If one of the owners bought a red sweater and it fell apart on them, would they accept "exchange it for some other color you don't want for the same price"? Of course not! Avoid doing business with these crooks at all costs! If anyone had the same problems in the past with them, complain to the Attorney General like I will.
