Building 2 house on what should be one lot. How come????

Just wondering if anyone else wonders how the city is allowing 2 houses to be built on the corner of Calf Pen Lane and Buckingham Avenue.  There can hardly be 5 feet space between the houses and less than 10 feet to the road with what appears to be no parking space.  Shame on the builders who for the allmight $$$$$ ruin our neighborhoods.  I bet the builders don't live anywhere near these places that they insist on building on and ruining our neighborhoods.  Shame on the city not taking care of loopholes that allow such a thing.  The same goes for the house going up on the corner of Bryan Hill Road and Indian River Road.
