Stanley A. “Stash” Woznick III, Milford Junior Majors Coach, dies at 62

A devoted and loving husband, father, brother and grandfather, he will be sadly missed by friends and family.

 

Stanley A. “Stash” Woznick III, age 62, longtime former resident of Milford and beloved husband to Connie Clark Woznick, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 28, 2013.

Born in Bridgeport on August 18, 1950, he was the son of the late Stanley and Mary Woznick II. Stan was active in the Milford Junior Majors and the Daniel S. Wasson Babe Ruth League of Milford, volunteering his time as coach and having held an office position.

Despite being well-known for his long rides on his Harley Davidson with his friends, he also loved gardening and was a talented woodworker. A devoted and loving husband, father, brother and grandfather, he will be sadly missed by friends and family. 

In addition to his wife, Connie, he is survived by his cherished son, Stanley Woznick, IV and his wife Jenny of Milford; beloved Grumpa to his two grandchildren, Kenny and Brianna Woznick of Milford; brother of Michaelene Hart and her husband John of Guilford; niece, Kimberly Pierce and nephew, Scott Hart; his good friend Rich “Duda” Carino and many other loving family and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Kenny Woznick.
