Obituary: Phyllis L. Jensen, age 89
Phyllis was an active member of Mary Taylor Church, where she sang and directed the Junior Choir, 50 year member Eastern Star of Milford.
Phyllis L. Jensen, age 89, of Milford, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in Golden Hill Health Care.
She was born on February 3, 1923, in East Hartford, CT., to the late Herbert and Bernice VanYorks Wickham. Before retiring, she was employed as an Assembler for Robert Shaw of Milford.

Phyllis was an active member of Mary Taylor Church, where she sang and directed the Junior Choir, 50 year member Eastern Star of Milford. Survivors include a son David (Vicki) Jensen of Colorado, a daughter Judith Bergeron and (Hank Carrone) of Hamden, a nephew Bruce Wilderoter of PA., niece Lois Wilderoter of New Milford, brother -in-law Donald Wilderoter. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Shirley Wilderoter.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning December 20, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.

Friends may call prior to the service from 9:00am. Interment will follow in Milford Cemetery. Donations may be made to Milford Animal Shelter 664 East Broadway Milford, CT 06460
