Obituary: George A. List of Milford
Mr. List was a member and Past Master of Ansantawae Lodge No. 89 A.F. & A.M. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, reading, playing cards, travel and especially cruises.
George A. List, of Milford, beloved husband of Patricia Ryan List of 35 years, passed away on April 12, 2013 in the Masonic Home in Wallingford, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Morristown, NJ, son of the late Frederick and Ethel Wilson List. George was a metallurgist with the Olin Corporation for many years. Mr. List was a member and Past Master of Ansantawae Lodge No. 89 A.F. & A.M. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, reading, playing cards, travel and especially cruises.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children; Ginger (David) Vecchio of Bethany, Sandee (Scott) Hennessey of West Haven, John List of New Jersey and Dennis (Amy) Taylor of Orange, a sister Nancy Huff of Milford, grandchildren; John Taylor, Amanda Vecchio, Jaclyn Hennessey, Taylor List and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Fred List.
