Obituary: Annie C. Prozeralik, age 97

Annie was the past President of the Milford Senior Citizens Club A for 10 years.

 

Annie C. Prozeralik, age 97, of Milford, beloved wife of the late John Prozeralik, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012, surrounded by her loving family.  

Mrs. Prozeralik was born in Nanticoke, PA on August 27, 1915 to the late Anthony and Celia Jablonski Krakowski.  She worked as an inspector at Norden’s for many years and also worked at Remington Arms and Avco Lycoming. Annie was also the past President of the Milford Senior Citizens Club A for 10 years.  

Survivors include her children: Christine Kasper of Madison, CT, MaryAnn Wanamaker (Terry) of Strongsville OH, and Joseph Prozeralik (Diane) of Milford, seven grandchildren; Peter Kasper (Tina), John Kasper (Denise), Sarah Brockett (David), Jamie Frederick (Dan), Tim Wanamaker (Susie), Jessica D’Agostino (Mark), and Joseph Prozeralik, ten great-grandchildren; Matthew, Daniel, Lindsay, and Avery, Allison, Justin and Leah and Maya, TJ, and Madon.Annie is predeceased by her son-in-law, Richard Kasper, brother, Bernard Krakowski and sister, Irene Patterson.  

Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6-8PM at The Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial DIRECTLY at St Gabriel Church on Friday morning at 10:00AM.  

Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Stratford.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for masses to the Office of Radio and Television, Archdiocese of Hartford 15 Peach Orchard Road Prospect, CT 06712-1052 or to Sol Amore Hospice 4 Oxford Road, Suite E4, Milford, CT 06460 in Annie’s memory.
