Milford Resident Patricia Kolodziejczyk, 47
Kolodziejczyk passed away Thursday after a brief illness.

Patricia A. Kolodziejczyk, age 47, of Milford, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013 in St. Raphael’s Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on June 22, 1966 in Bridgeport to Chester F. and Mary Joann Sabol Kolodziejczyk.
Patricia worked as a dietician assistant at Lord Chamberlain in Stratford.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Richard Kolodziejczyk of Milford and his twin sister Dorothy Cruzado of Bridgeport; niece Dominique Kolodziejczyk of New Haven; nephews Allen Morales and Nickolas Kolodziejczyk, both of Milford; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours are Monday, Aug. 12, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St., Milford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, directly in St. Mary’s Church Milford at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peters Cemetery in Derby.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
