Milford Prevention Council Congratulates Council members on latest accomplisments. Council member Kevin J. Curseaden of Milford, partner in the law firm of Carroll, Curseaden and Moore, has been promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. LTC Curseaden's new assignment is instructing Army Reserve and National Guard Staff Officers at the United States Coast Guard Academy. At the Milford Chamber of Commerce 58th Annual Meeting & Awards of Distinction Council members Ray Vitali will be receiving the Human Service Award and United Way Executive Director Gary Johnson will be awarded the lifetime achievement award! Council member Chair Hugh Cochrane received the TIPS trainer award in recognition of having trained over 5,000 people in the TIPS program.
