Moving out.  Getting your own place.  “My first apartment”.  There are many decorating tips out there, and once you are all settled in, I want you to consider getting renter’s insurance.  Additionally, if you are looking for a great house warming gift, consider kicking in some $$$
towards your friend’s policy.
