Our family is growing...I am so excited that my daughter-in-law Kara has decided to open a baby/maternity shop downtown this summer! While she is putting together a mix of furniture, accessories, toys and clothes, I am most excited about the maternity line. There needs to be a place that has really nice, beautiful clothes for the expectant mother other than a mall or dreaded department store. When I was "surprised" with the pregnancy of my last child almost six years ago I dreaded the idea of being 45 and wearing typical looking maternity clothes and it was tough finding great baby things that were not from a chain store.
The sweetly named shop, Baby Love, is going to be a great addition to downtown and I am so pleased with how the specialty market is growing downtown. We need it!
