Walnut Beach Art Stroll : Thursday, September 19th

On September 19th, Walnut Beach, Milford,


CT will be hosting its 3rd Thursday Art Stroll. An evening of Art,
Music, Food, Drink and Dance! And an amazing way to end the summer season!

Start the evening a little earlier with dinner at local restaurants:
Aldario’s, Alfa’s, Lazy Lobster, Costa Azzurra, and New Town Market. Go to Taste
& See Cupcakes & Confections 17 Broadway from 6 pm to 7 pm for cupcake “Happy
Hour” All cupcakes 15% off! Make sure to get some cupcakes to take home.

Head on over to Firehouse Gallery 81 Naugatuck
Avenue, who will be open from 7:00 to 8:00 for viewing of the newly installed
exhibit “Land & Sea”. Winners of the juried show will be highlighted.

Sobobo Gallery, 42 Naugatuck Ave., is having an
exhibit reception beginning at 6:30. Meet up with Richard Stephen, September’s
Artist to discuss his style/technique. Richard takes us back to basics, the
basic need to be heard.

Stop in Seaside Wine and Spirits, 38 Naugatuck Ave. to
pick up your favorite drink! A variety of wines, liqueurs, spirits to choose
from.

At Scoot & Paddle, 28 Naugatuck Ave. put your
reservation in to rent a kayak, paddle board and more! While you are there make
sure to put your name in for the possibility of winning a half day kayak rental
for the winner and a friend. Scooter rides, Bike demos, and Free Local trail
maps. Can’t leave without having food of course, meat-free party wheel
appetizers and punch will served.

Beach Gallery, 2 Broadway, will be hosting a special
blast from the past. You will be able to meet the authors of “Sand In Our Shoes”. See unveilings of new art and a map of “Walnut & Myrtle Beaches
1926” having a chance to win one of each. Old East Broadway food stands recipes
used in making their refreshments - root beer floats and more!

Wild Expressions, 16 Broadway will be hosting
musician Denise Gagne from “Inner Groove” who will be playing melodious tunes.
Also a book signing! You get to meet author Sarah Burns, an intuitive and
healer, who will be available to autograph her published book “Healing Your
Spiritual Self 101”.             

Ending the evening with a dessert – gourmet designed
flavored ice cream for the Fall: you have to try Dark Pumpkin, Maple Walnut and
Amazing Grace at Walnut Beach Creamery, 19 Broadway. And again Taste & See
Cupcakes right next door!

Starting at 8:00 pm dance the evening away at the
corner of Naugatuck and East Broadway with Brian Smith DJ, who will be making
the music to dance to!

Come and enjoy an evening of Art, Music, Food, Drink
and Dance! It truly is an amazing way to end the summer season!
