Class will be held on Saturdays at 9:00 AM. This class is an eclectic mix of yoga styles. In this all levels class we will concentrate on traditional asana (postures), breathing and listening to the body. We will flow through postures connected by sun salutations and include longer held poses, core strength exercises and balance work. This class will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.
