You will learn and acquire the skills in this class which you can apply to so many different types of canning and preserving. Once you have mastered the age-old art of canning and preserving, you'll be able to capture the fresh flavors of summer for you and your family's enjoyment year-round. Our Resident Chef will meticulously take the time to show every student each step so you can do this at home, while allowing you to come up and participate in the canning process. You will see how easy it can be to create sweet and savory preserves, jams and relishes that are so fresh-tasting, and different from anything found on grocery store shelves.
