FREE Group Fitness Class at Milford Mall

Instructors from LA Fitness of Milford will be hosting a FREE Boot Camp class in Center Court at Westfield Connecticut Post Mall on Saturday, August 24th at 12pm. This event will help to kick off Macy's Shop For a Cause Event.
