Sunday Pilates Mat Classes

Join us on Sundays at 10 AM for a Mixed Level, Pilates Mat Class (beginners Welcome). No need to sign up. No need to bring anything but a little motivation. Your first Class is ONLY $5.


 


Easy and convenient parking. Located in the Historical Black Rock Section of Bridgeport, next to Fairfield.
