Ellen's December class was so wonderful, we asked her to come back at the end of January! Restorative Yoga is your chance to relax and totally unwind. Props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses longer, 5-20 minutes, allowing the body to open up through passive stretching. Ellen Lenson studies with Judith Lasater and is a certified Relax and Renew Teacher. Experience this deep healing rest on Sunday, January 27th, 2:00 - 4:00 PM, $25.00
