Join STAR Rescue for a Super Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, March 2nd from 11am-3pm at High Ridge Shopping Center in Stamford, CT.  


Bring the whole family and meet cats and dogs of all ages. Find an animal that your family loves and adores and help provide them a forever home. Several of the area’s leading rescue groups will be coming including, Cat Assistance, Adopt-A-Dog, Ryan's Bakery, Connecticut Humane Society, Pets Alive and more! Don't miss out!


STAR Rescue food pantry will be open during the adoption for collection and donation.


STAR Rescue also wants to invite kids and parents to the Super Pet Adoption Day for a reading of “Buddy Unchained". It will take place the same day and location as the Super Pet Adoption and will be help from 1pm-2pm. “Buddy Unchained" is a book that will help us all understand the importance of compassion toward animals. There will also be fun activities for the kids!

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
