Dear Independents.

The holiday slumber is over and I hope you are all well rested and ready to kick off a new year. Come 2013 I expect we can accomplish great things, and it is my imperative to propose some changes to our charter. These changes will be on our Agenda for discussion come the 31st.

This meeting, please be advised is our last meeting before our election of officers whose terms expire in February. We will be looking for your support at our next annual meeting this February to help us elect our/your new leaders in the coming year 2013-2014.

We will be also discussing our position with the state central town committee, and give you all an update on our latest two new ITC’s to join the Independent Party Family, East Haven and Winstead CT.

On the Agenda for the July 31st meeting is also the passing of Dr. Robert Fand the original founder of the Independent Party that was challenging the Waterbury State Central Committee. His passing has implications on the leadership and direction of the state party as well as the public relations issues to be expected in future campaigns.

At the meeting I have prepared an interpretation of the
latest balance sheet for our great city of Milford, the data comes from the CAFR’s prepared according to state law by the independent auditing agency of Shapiro and Blum.

We also will be entertaining discussions on a Republican alliance as well as the untimely and short run of Lisa Bull Dilullo who has resigned as the RTC Chair. I will also solicit your advice on ways to make our meetings more interesting and exciting to attend.

There is so much exciting stuff to discuss this coming year as elections near, including the importance of the good will and charity in the wake of the Storm related issues, and charitable community programs that could use our volunteers.

Best wishes, I enthusiastically hope to see you all at the meeting and hope your holidays were fulfilling and blessed with loving friends and family.

Rocco J. Frank Jr.

Your MITC Chair 2012

Sad that their owners didn't keep searching until they found a house that would accept two cats. IRead More hope they find good homes.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Sad that they had to leave these beauties behind. I'm sure they are heartbroken over it.
