Milford Parks and Recreation, Milford, CT, will be hosting AQUA ZUMBA Class in the- McCann Natatorium 34 Park Circle led by Renay. who uses Latin and International music to create an easy and fun aquatic dance exercise program. This 8-week class, will be held from 7:30-8:30 p.m. beginning on Monday,12/10 and Friday12/14 + ending on Monday 2/18 +2/22.. This class will be held on Mondays or Friday's $56R/61NR for 8 classes or Monday and Friday’s $112 R $122 NR for 16 classes. Bring bottled water and water shoes to class.
