Southwest Connecticut employers of any size looking to grow their business are invited.  This FREE event will provide valuable information on how your company can take part in the state's Subsidized Training and Employment (Step Up) programs, Small Business Express, tax incentives, tax credits and more!

The Conference, hosted by area Legislators along with the Department of Labor, Department of Economic and Community Development; Governor Malloy, Lt. Governor Wyman, Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, as well as twenty governmental and non profit organizations will focus exclusively on employers, any size, including small businesses, manufacturers, retail, non-profit and faith based organizations.

This is not a Job Fair. There will be a number of presentations on wage reimbursement and training grants for new employees including veterans, a variety of tax credits, grants and loans available to small businesses for equipment purchases and job expansion as well as how to find and recruit new employees, access free business plan development, market analysis and website design.
