Call our office 203-932-4476 to sign up NOW space is limited! You don't
have to be a patient to sign up, current patients may bring up to 4
guests with them at no charge. Again this is an event for EVERYONE & dinner will be served at no charge to you.
There will be a raffle and prizes given
away through out the evening. This is really fun night & not to
mention to the food is DELICIOUS:)
