Milford police investigating complaints about fraudulent theft activities involving an employee at , 1201 Boston Post Road, have arrested a Derby resident.
Simona Tomoiu, 42, is accused of "fraudulently processing several merchandise returns in the store and online valued at $2,535.87," police said.
Tomoiu is charged with third-degree larceny, and was released on a promise to appear for a court date of Sept. 25.
