Connecticut Gas Prices Continue Dropping

Last week the price per gallon dropped three cents. Now they’re done another five.

The price of gas in Connecticut dropped nearly five cents in a week, averaging $4.07 for a gallon statewide according to the price tracking website Connecticut Gas Prices.

A year ago, prices reached $4.23. The current national average is 27 cents cheaper than Connecticut at $3.80.

While consumers might appreciate the respite in price hikes, summer is looming and the downward trend could change.

"The national average now stands nearly 10-cents per gallon lower than the same date a year ago, but will we hear an end to complaining about gasoline prices at the pump?” said GasBuddy.com Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan in a statement. “Perhaps the rhetoric will wind down, but with summer around the corner, any sudden increase in price of gasoline will have Americans virtually calling for the heads of politicians in November."

I don't mind more pizza if its good pizza. There are plenty of horrible and so-so pizza places inRead More Milford. Currently 314 B-port Ave is a boarded up building with a parking lot where cops love to sit. Either this will prevent cops from sitting their or will cause them to sit there more. Also ladies, Milford is known for its P's: pizza, porn, package, and pawn.

I second Christina! Is no one listening? we are up to our ears in pizza! Im pretty sure we have moreRead More pizza in milford than new haven! Where is this trailer going to park at the devon market!? the traffic the market creates is bad enough for people that live in that area without a mobile oven rolling on in! I hope they have thought of that issue at the very least!
