Tractor Trailer Accident on I-95N before Exit 39A has been cleared. There is still congestion between exits 32 and 40.

According to radio transmissions, the original accident reported below has been cleared but another crash near exit 39a has led to a 5-mile delay.
Traffic is reportedly backed up to exit 34.
