Lamplight Stroll Features Creative Movements Dance Co.

The Downtown Milford Business Association is excited to announce that the Creative Movements Dance Company's Dance Toupe will be featured during the 12th Annual Lamplight Stroll. Visitors will delight as they enjoy Creative Movements Dance Company members entertaining in the Gazebo on the Green on Friday, December 6, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Mission of CMDC is "To provide students of all ages with the skills they need to enjoy dance for a lifetime."

Creative Movements Dance Company, LLC believes in teaching correct dance technique from the very beginning and that dancers of all ages and ability benefit from the most experienced and educated teachers. Their staff enriches and inspires each student through creative movement, learning games, dance technique and terminology. They provide a refreshing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy the world of dance. Their friendly and professional staff is always available for the needs of the student and parent. A child's development is their first priority and commitment. CMDC employs only professional educators who are highly trained and certified by Dance Masters of America, Inc.. Some teachers hold a degree in dance or the experience equivalent to such. Backgrounds will include all aspects of dance. CMDC is not a competition studio, but rather a recreational studio specializing in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, Theater, Tumbling, Ballroom for weddings, Scouts, Home Schoolers and Birthday Parties. A combination of the best technical education and a relaxed learning atmosphere is what is offered. Encouraging each child to strive to be their best while developing their greatest self esteem and confidence is what is strived for with each student.
