“What attracted me to The Watermark was the fine balance between high quality care, and providing residents with a comfortable, warm and home-like setting,” said Roman. “The relationship between the residents, associates, and the community really impressed me, and is unlike any other I have seen working in senior living communities. I am committed to continuing The Watermark’s efforts to provide an environment where our residents can grow and thrive, and will work to maintain The Watermark’s reputation as a resource and asset to the greater outside community.”
