OCTOBER 15, 2013 – CROMWELL, Conn.-- Telserv LLC, the trusted service provider of unified business communications, today announced three leadership appointments to further enhance its executive management team. Doug Ardrey, John Beaulieu and Tim Warweg were recently named Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Operations for the Company, respectively.
Appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Doug Ardrey is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including providing leadership related to processes, policies and procedures to help foster continued financial growth. John Beaulieu joins the Company as Vice President of Sales and is responsible for expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships, while growing the Company’s customer base throughout the Northeast. Tim Warweg, who has been with the Company for four years, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the Company’s installation, service and materials management operations.

Ardrey brings over 25 years of vast accounting, finance and operational experience. He has held several senior level financial positions and has worked for organizations including: a division of Deloitte and Touche; Continental Can; and Polar, a leader in heart rate monitoring for the fitness industry. Ardrey is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Beaulieu has over 25 years of deep industry experience and success with companies such as NYNEX, Alcatel, Williams Communications and Black Box. Beaulieu joins the Company from Arrow S3, where he served as Sales Director for the New York and New England region and grew the net new revenue and margin, year over year, since 2008. Beaulieu is a graduate of Plattsburgh State University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts & Mass Media.
Since joining Telserv in 2009, Warweg has developed key customer satisfaction strategies to help meet the ever-changing demands of today’s unified communications. With over 25 years of experience in the converged communications industry, Warweg has held various sales engineering, operations and project management roles with Nortel, BellSouth Communications, Williams Communications and Black Box Network Services. Warweg holds a technical degree in telephone communications from Dakota County Area Technical Institute.
