Who Makes The Best Pizza In Town?

Seabreeze?

Seabreeze is the former site of Bazso's which happened to have really good pizza so we set off to see if it compares.

The Seabreeze menu features gourmet pizza with a small selection of other unique appetizers and entrees.

We ordered Stewart's sodas, a Road Pie and a small mozzarella pie.

The interior of Seabreeze is small but bright and airy with an open kitchen. The walls are decorated in blue and white with pictures of beach scenery. There are a handful of tables on the patio to enjoy your meal in the sun. The fresh daisies on our outdoor table added a nice touch.

Our mozzarella pie was gooey with cheese and the marinara sauce potent with the fresh flavor of tomatoes and slightly sweet.

The Road Pie had a thin crisp crust and bottom -- and was piled high with fresh arugula sans sauce. Each bite was a treat with the taste of asiago, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Large bits of smoked applewood bacon decorated the top of the arugula and there was a touch of flavor of lemon.

The atmosphere and food gave a summertime feel -- and the open windows and door allowed a perfect beach breeze.

Seabreeze has good pizza, attentive service, reasonable prices and is the perfect place to dine with your family during the warm months.

Bottom Line: Seabreeze makes a good pie.

Total Bill for three: $29.00 plus tip.

Seabreeze is located at 1 Seabreeze Avenue in the Woodmont section of Milford. The restaurant is BYOB with a $5.00 corkage fee.
