New Restaurants in Milford - What's Your Favorite?

From Plan B to Reggiano's, new dining options join Milford's robust dining scene.

Some say Reggiano's. Others give it to Mustang Sally's or Puerto Vallerta. But the most popular answer, hands down, is .

The new burger bar scored the most support out of the 33 answers that came in response to a question posed on the Downtown Milford Connecticut Facebook page: "What is your favorite 'new' Milford restaurant?"

What do you think? Did the respondents get it right, or is there another new restaurant in town that is serving up your favorite food these days?

I recently had dinner at Puerto Vallerta. The restaurant was very nicely decorated, but very noisy. I'm guessing most of the patrons don't know about talking in hushed voices. The staff all assume the customers speak spanish and our waitress barely spoke english. The worst part was dinner. In general the food was second rate. I've eaten locally that served up a much tastier plate.

I've heard great things about Reggiano's from several people - it's located at 487 Bridgeport Ave. Mustang Sally's at 787 Boston Post Road looks cool, but I haven't gone there yet - it does have more than 800 Facebook likes. My burger at Plan B was pretty fantastic! Any other new favorites out there?

Reggiano's - sent a lot of people there. Every one, without exception, has loved it. Great Pene Ala Vodka but every thing is good.

Loved Reggiano's! Have not tried Plan B or Mustang Sally's yet. Puerto Vallerta was okay.

Plan B burgers are awesome; Mustang Sally's has good quesdillas; Puerto Vallerta goes overboard on the whole Mexican theme and the food was OK, not great -- Baja in Orange or Sloppy Jose's in Woodmont are better options.
