Milford Company Receives $250,000 Loan to Expand Product Line

State officials announced that the Small Business Express loan will allow Outbound Inc. to retain four jobs and add 10 more.

State officials last week announced that a company will receive a $250,000 loan from the Business Express Program, which .

According to an article by the New Haven Register, Outbound Inc., which manufacturers material handling equipment, will use the $250,000 state loan to add production tooling for new product lines. The company promises to retain three jobs and create 10 new jobs.

Business Express is administered by the state Department of Economic and Community Development with $100 million of state funding for small businesses to expand and create new jobs.
