Check Out Milford's Newest Bagel Shop

Borgia's B2B opened on Bridgeport Avenue last week — and it's much more than just bagels at this new business.

It’s a fact: Mornings are less stressful when your cup of black is coupled with a fresh, hearty bagel.

A good bagel fills you up and gets you rolling – one might say it’s the fuel of the working class.

And now there’s one more station in Milford to fill up: Borgia’s B2B New York City Bagels to Burgers.

The bagel shop on Bridgeport Avenue, across the street from the Dan Perkins Subaru car dealership, opened its doors last week.

Borgia’s B2B offers 13 varieties of hand-rolled, kettle-cooked bagels made daily on the premises: plain, everything, sesame, poppy, salt, onion, garlic, cinnamon raisin, egg, whole wheat, multi-grain, blueberry and pumpernickel.

And the options for homemade spreads: scallion, veggie, olive, sun-dried tomato, chocolate chip, strawberry, jalapeño, apple pie, walnut and raisin, honey cranberry, cinnamon and brown sugar and bacon scallion.

Bagels Are Just The Beginning

B2B also offers muffins, croissants, salads, deli sandwiches, burgers and chicken options.

During its soft launch last week, Borgia’s B2B was open every day, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Later this week, though, they will be open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, serving lunch and dinner.
