The new Milford restaurant opens to the public on Monday, May 20.
Co-owner Ken Martin showed Milford Patch the Harrison's Hardware sign that was salvaged for the restaurant and the outdoor patio, which is exclusive to the Milford location.
Colony Grill also has locations in Stamford and Fairfield.
