Call for Milford Student Artists

The Walnut Beach Arts Festival announces the 2012
“Wall of Art” Student Arts Contest sponsored by the Milford Pediatrics Group.

All Milford students are eligible to enter.  Students can submit ONE piece of two dimensional art that is matted and prepared for hanging in any medium (no tape and string).  Cash prizes will be awarded in all
categories, K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th and High School.

This year, there will be Best in Show in each category and Overall Best in Show will win $200 and will paint a mural for the “Wall of Art” to be displayed at the Walnut Beach Arts Festival on Sunday, August 5, 2012.

Artwork should be dropped off at Sobobo Art Gallery, 42 Naugatuck Avenue, Milford, CT between 12-4pm on Saturday June 9.
