VFW 7788 Turkey Shoot - Fisher House Fundraiser
On Friday, November 4, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, the VFW 7788 & Men's Auxiliary will be hosting the post's annual Turkey Shoot. Tickets are $5 for hotdogs, chilli, pasta and draft beer.
There will be about 15 separate raffles to win turkeys, hams and bottles of wine. This event is always a lot of fun with music, food, friends and lots of chances to win a Thanksgiving staple.
The proceeds will be going to the Fisher House that enables a veteran's family members to be close to them at the most stressful times - during the hospitalization for an unexpected illness, disease, or combat injuries .
