State Representative Kim Rose (D)- Milford Invites the public to an informational meeting for residents, marina owners/slip owners and for anyone else who may have concerns or questions about the pending application with the DEP for an expanded recycling facility at 990 Naugatuck Ave.
A representative from the DEP will be attending to answer your general questions.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND- the DEP will NOT be able to answer ANY questi...on regarding approval or denial of the application as they are still reviewing it and will not have an answer by this date,.
This is an information gathering session for the public in relation to the permitting process as well as the Public Hearing process. Once you understand the process, you will then know what is appropriate for the Public Hearing. General questions such as: How am I notified of a Public Hearing? How many days after the DEP requests additional information must the applicant respond? These are the types of questions we would love to have you bring.
