FIGURE STUDY WORKSHOP

Ivan Tirado, international figurative artist in collaboration with SoBoBo Gallery will be hosting a Figure Study Workshop on Tuesday, August 21st from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. It will be held at SoBoBo Gallery, 42 Naugatuck Avenue, Milford. Pre-registration is required - the deadline is August 18th.

This workshop aims to provide confident understanding of the human anatomy applying concepts, skills, and techniques for the visual arts.  The student will learn Anatomy of the Body; Proportions; Scorso; Distortion of the Figure; Light and Shadows; and will be working with a live model.

This workshop is for artists, hobbyists, or anyone who would like to learn tips and tricks on how to work with the human figure for drawings, paintings, sculptures and illustrations. Students must be 18 years an older as our model works nude. Participants must bring their own materials.
