Claire will be at the Milford Public Library Monday, October 29th at 7:00 p.m. to discuss her latest book, 'Welcome to Claire's: 35 Years of Recipes and Reflections from the Landmark Vegetarian Restaurant' and teach Milford how to make CT Cole Slaw.

"Cabbages are still in gardens, and the recipe also uses apples and it's wonderful year round, healthy and yummy, and mayo-free," says Claire of the recipe.

Come out this Monday night to the Milford Public Library for a fun-filled evening of food and great conversation.
