Two birds stopped traffic Tuesday morning on New Haven Avenue at Shipyard Lane.
The pair waddled along the sidewalk on the side of the Milford Public Library -- where perhaps they went to read Mother Goose rhymes -- and then stepped onto New Haven Avenue, forcing cars to brake.
The two took their time, walking close to -- but not in -- the crosswalk, to the other side.
Perhaps they were headed for the duck pond!
