Overflowing Trash at Public Places in Milford (Opinion)

The following is an opinion post on Milford Patch.

I think trash pickup at parks and public areas needs to be done 7 days a week and possibly more if trash is overflowing.

I took my kids to Bodie's Place (Sunday) which is such an amazing playground and there were 6 overflowing trash bins and people started tossing their trash around it.

How gross and of course kids were running up and picking up the trash. I've seen city vehicles on the weekends, is it not possible for them to pick up the garbage

And also, what a terrible job for the person on Monday morning who has to deal with this. Does anyone else see this as a problem?

The garbage down by the duck pond is always overflowing as well. Unacceptable in my opinion.
