Spring Critters Are Welcomed into Kindergarten

Spring Critters Make Friends with Kindergarteners

On Friday May 11th Milan Bull, Senior Director of Science and Conservation at The Connecticut Audubon Society, visited our Kindergarten for an afternoon visit with several of his "friends" from the Audubon.  He brought these creatures for the children to see, hold and learn about.

The theme was “Spring” so all the animals, reptiles and birds he brought to share were related to this season.  The students and teachers were thrilled to meet a tarantula, turtle, frog, snake, and barn owl.

Thank you to Mr. Bull for an enjoyable and educational workshop.  We look forward to lining up more enrichment programs such as this for next year!
